Since being founded in the 1990's R&g has stood for high quality construction. Our founder Bob Gales is as hands on as they come. meeting with each customer, and inspecting each job personally.

Our Process
Each project is unique, but our process is always the same. We meet with each client to walk through their project and to make sure that we understand exactly what you want.
Sometimes clients will ask for things that either we are not able to accommodate due to engineering or safety. if this is the case we will work with you to find a solution that will make sense aesthetically, but is also safe.
On-Site Consultations
we meet with you, your architect, interior designer or any other professionals you would like in order to make sure your project turns out the way you've always dreamed.
